Admission Policy 2012-2013
St. Patrick Preschool admits students of any race, color, national or ethnic origin. All children must have attained the appropriate age (3 or 4) by August 31st and must be potty trained.
Registration:
Registration begins on March 1st and continues through March 26th. The following form MUST be present before the application can be accepted.

- A copy of : Birth Certificate, Baptismal Certificate, Immunization record. Physical Exam required by the first day of school
Sessions and Hours:
There will be a maximum of 15 students per session.
The 3 year old program (must be 3 years old by 8/31) will meet on Tuesday & Thursday. The 4 year old program (must by 4 years old by 8/31) will meet on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
The number of sessions offered is contingent upon enrollment. One session will meet from 9:00am to 12:00pm (Monday – Friday). If two sessions are required to accommodate enrollment, the morning session will meet from 8:00am to 11:00am and the afternoon session will meet from 12:00pm to 3:00pm (Monday – Friday).
Preschool meets from September through May. Preschool will follow the daily school calendar for all dates from September through May.

Fees and Tuition:
- A non-refundable registration fee of $50.00 per child will be charged. This fee must accompany the registration application. The application is found on the homepage listed as “New Family Application”
- A supply fee of $130.00 per child is payable at the time of acceptance into the preschool program. Supply fee refunds will be made only if a family moves from the Fayetteville area prior to the first day of school.
- Tuition is due no later than the first of each month, September through May.
2012-2013 Tuition Rates
3 year old program $161 per month x 9 months = $1,449.00
4 year old program $225 per month x 9 months = $2,025.00
A $50 late payment penalty fee will be charged for delinquent payments.
- If you have a child in the K-8th grade, tuition for the preschool will be added into your Payment Plan 1, 2, or 3. All tuition payments will be made using the FACTS Tuition Management Program. Please enroll in the Program before May 4, 2012. (The link is on the homepage)
- The $50 registration fee and the $130 supply fee may be paid using Authorization.Net. (A link can be found on the homepage)
Tuition is based on the total number of sessions in the school year. This figure is divided into 9 equal installments for your convenience. Tuition is therefore not reduced for the months including Thanksgiving, Christmas, spring break or other scheduled vacation days.
Selection Process:
Students are accepted according to the following procedure: 1.) Siblings of current St. Patrick students 2.) Children of St. Patrick parishioners, 3.) Children of other Catholic parishes, and 4.) Children of other faiths.
